SportWest and ActiveXchange have extended their partnership to see the award-winning ActiveXchange for Sport platform remain in use across a number of State Sport Associations in Western Australia until at least 30 June 2027.
As SportWest’s data partner for community sport participation and engagement, ActiveXchange delivers deep insights to help shape industry planning and prioritisation throughout metropolitan, regional and remote Western Australia.
SportWest Member & Partnerships Manager Matt Bamford said the partnership aimed to support sports in their strategic and operational decision-making, driven by current member data and demand forecasting now and in the future.
“The ActiveXchange for Sport platform provides great visual context for sports on their current membership, but also provides broader mapping of demand now and in the future, overlayed with facility information and other data points to ensure the most efficient delivery of sporting opportunities for all West Australians.”
ActiveXchange APAC Region General Manager Callum Warner was equally thrilled at the opportunity to build on the support already delivered to WA sport through the SportWest partnership.
“Our partnership with SportWest has become a key pillar in building the data maturity of the WA sporting industry while providing vital insights for government and peak bodies. This long-term extension of the partnership is testament to its success to date. We look forward continuing the development of our partnership with SportWest and working with sports to leverage their data assets for strategic and commercial gains in the future.”
