Core Responsibilities
Strategy
- Collaborate with the CEO and Management Team to collectively set and drive Athletics West strategic plan, operational plan and budget process.
- Ensure business strategy and operational plans align with the short and long-term objectives of the organisation.
Business Operations and Systems
- Oversee the corporate services function including finance and risk, governance, IT, integrity and handle complaints within an integrity framework.
- In collaboration with the CEO and contract service providers and key internal staff, ensure the effective administration of the organisations technology and information management systems and assets including the development and review of Athletics West’s ICT strategy.
Business Operations and Systems

- Monitor and provide strategic and operational reports to the CEO and Management Team to inform decision making across all relevant activity, issues, and strategic business areas.
