Reporting to the Integrity & Governance Manager, you’ll lead Football West’s specialist Disciplinary & Grievance function and provide day-to-day direction to the Disciplinary & Grievance team.
You’ll oversee disciplinary, grievance and dispute matters across metropolitan competitions, manage tribunal and appeal processes, provide expert interpretation of Football West’s Competition Rules and Disciplinary & Grievance Regulations, and work collaboratively with Football Operations, clubs and key stakeholders to ensure matters are managed fairly, consistently and efficiently.
You’ll also play an important role in reviewing and improving regulations, identifying emerging risks and trends, and driving continuous improvement across the disciplinary function.
