Perth Racing is seeking an Events Coordinator who will play an important role in planning and coordinating the successful delivery of race day hospitality, ticketed events and reserved area experiences. The role manages all aspects of event administration, including bookings, ticketing, event documentation, client liaison, supplier coordination and operational planning, ensuring every event is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
Working collaboratively within the Events team, you will support the seamless execution of race days, assist with non-race day events as required and contribute to the achievement of revenue and customer service objectives. The role is also responsible for maintaining accurate financial and administrative processes and managing client expectations.
