Paddle WA is seeking a dedicated Executive Officer to lead the team and drive their organisation while working closely with the Paddle WA Board to grow paddling in Western Australia.
Reporting to the Paddle WA Board, the Executive Officer will lead their team of staff and volunteers in achieving strategic goals and delivering quality services. You will be responsible for navigating stakeholder environments, ensuring financial sustainability, overseeing programs and events, and enhancing our reputation and growth.
