About the role
Basketball WA is seeking an experienced, strategic and people-centred General Manager Membership, Community & Growth to join our Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance and growth of basketball participation across Western Australia.
The role co-leads delivery of Basketball WA’s Basketball for Life strategic pillar and is accountable for statewide membership growth and retention, participation outcomes, and associated revenue. It also plays a critical role in supporting the sustainability, capability and long-term health of affiliated associations and clubs.
