About the role
Basketball WA is seeking an experienced, collaborative and performance-focused Head of Athlete Performance and Pathways (Metro) to lead the delivery of metropolitan performance and pathway programs.
Reporting to the General Manager Performance and Pathways, this senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring metropolitan athletes are effectively identified, developed and prepared for progression across state, national and international pathways, in alignment with Basketball WA’s performance vision.
The role works closely with affiliated associations, coaches and internal stakeholders and contributes to the development of metropolitan coaches across all performance and pathway programs.
