SportWest, together with the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries, are pleased to announce the launch our new Women of Sport Programs.
This program offers three dynamic opportunities for women working/volunteering in sport through its Women of Sport programs. These programs are designed to empower and develop women leaders at various stages of their careers.
Emerging Leaders Program
The Emerging Leaders Program is tailored for early to mid-career professional women who are preparing for their first or second leadership role in the sports industry. This program offers a blend of masterclasses, workshops, personal coaching, and mentorship to help participants enhance their leadership skills and career development.

- Masterclasses and Workshops: Covering leadership confidence, communication, personal branding, and emotional intelligence.

Senior Leaders Program
The Senior Leaders Program is aimed at women in executive management positions such as CEOs, Executive Officers, and General Managers. This program focuses on developing a strong network of women leaders within the sports industry and enhancing their leadership capabilities.
