Position Purpose
To strategically lead the Perth Wildcats’ Membership and Ticketing Department, driving the annual strategy, financial management, and marketing execution to maximize membership and ticket sales, fan acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the membership lifecycle and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery, while leading and developing the departmental team and managing critical relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
