Operations Support Officer

The Operations Support Team is the engine room of Football West. Supporting all football leagues participation teams & talent programs across Western Australia.

With registrations, customer enquiries, fixturing, invoicing, program bookings, logistics, event day planning & coordination. Our team strives for a quality customer experience for our customers in turn maximising the participation within football activities across Western Australia.


  • Customer facing role working within a team;
  • Working to quick turnarounds & high standards to support customers;
  • Dealing with many enquiries over the phone & via email;
  • Not just an office-based role, a requirement to support events, programs & tours assisting end to end with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth running of proceedings prior, during and post events;
    The role works closely to support a number of front line teams such as our Community Participation Leads, Participation Officers, Football and Coach Development to ensure a quality product is delivered to the Western Australian Football Communities.
