Baseball Western Australia (Baseball WA) is the governing body for baseball in Western Australia, overseeing the sport’s development and organisation within WA.
The Regional Servicing Officer will be responsible for the following within the Pilbara & Gascoyne DLGSC regions:
- Developing and implementing programs designed to grow Tee-ball participation.
- Developing and implementing programs designed to prepare Tee-ball players to become Baseball players.
- Developing and implementing regular season competition for Baseball.
- Coach and umpire development.
- School holiday camps.
- Sporting Schools.
- Travel teams.
In addition, the Regional Servicing Officer shall be given a list of Key Performance Indicators each year in line with the position profile points above.
The Regional Servicing Officer will have a deep passion for the game and developing players, coaches and supporting volunteers to increase the skill capacity of all members.
