RSM Australia Coach of the Year Finalists

Behind every remarkable sporting performance is a coach whose belief, guidance, and expertise shape the journey. The RSM Australia Coach of the Year Award celebrates the leaders who elevate athletes, transform programs, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

This year’s finalists represent the pinnacle of coaching excellence — across international podiums, national leagues, and elite athlete development environments. Their influence extends well beyond performance; they shape culture, character, and the future of their sports.
