In accordance with Rule 18.2 of the SportWest Constitution, nominations are sought for suitably qualified individuals who wish to be considered for election as a Board Member at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
At the 2023 AGM there will be an election to fill two Elected Board member positions. The terms of Michael Beros and Sophie Row (Elected Board Members) will expire, with one member eligible to renominate. The vacant Elected Board Member positions are for a three-year term.
Nominations for Elected Board Members must be:
- In writing using the attached 2023 Nomination Form, including a current CV;
- Signed by the nominator; and
- Signed by the person who is the candidate for election expressing a willingness to accept the position for which they have been nominated.
All nominees wishing to seek election for one of the two vacancies will need to complete and lodge the nomination form to SportWest no later than 5pm, Thursday 26 October 2023. Nominations should be hand delivered to SportWest or emailed to info@sportwest.com.au.
