Football West are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Referee Support Officer on an initial 12-month, fixed term contract. In this key position, you will handle the crucial administrative tasks related to referee allocation, recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management during football matches. Your effort will ensure that every game is fair, safe, and enjoyable.
This role is not just about administration; it’s about making a real impact on the ground by ensuring our referees are well-prepared and well-supported. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the creation of educational materials and help organise development events that enhance our referees’ skills.
